                              RESOLUTION NO. 21527
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF
                 TWO (2) FIRE HYDRANTS FOR PUBLIC FIRE
                 PROTECTION AT LOCATIONS MORE PARTICULARLY
                 DESCRIBED HEREIN, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF
                 THE TARIFF THEREFOR.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       installation of two (2) fire hydrants for public fire protection
       located as follows:
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at 301 Tacoa Avenue at
                 Club Drive and approximately 526 feet of 8" water main.
      
       	    One (1) fire hydrant to be located at Nelson Road and Walker 

                 Street.
      
      
       	    	 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that payment of the tariff to
       the Tennessee-American Water Company be and is hereby authorized.
